This software will rename any file for you
as per your requirements. This application is particularly helpful to
assign client codes to files or to shorten the file names.
Features
Rename files as per set conditions. Example:
If you have files from a client, John with client code J001
the files can be renamed as
J001 using this software. This software can hold infinite client names and
client codes.
Excel / Access Output. The software will generate
a log sheet in MS excel or Access every time it converts a batch of
files. The log sheet will contain the old file name, the new file name,
client code, and any other remarks or information.
Allocation of files to specific
directories or folders. This software will move the files to any specific
location as it converts them.
