Using the

Dictate by
telephone
This is the most popular and convenient way of
dictating. You dictate by telephone directly into our system
using our toll free dictation number. Simply dial the dictation
number, follow the recorded instructions,
and dictate into the phone
as you would normally. You can use your telephone keypad to perform
normal
dictation functions (such as rewind, stop, etc), then hang up
when completed and your completed job will be
returned to you.

Dictate using Digital
Dictaphone
This method is useful especially to those who are not comfortable with telephones and
want to dictate at their
leisure
but still want to use the latest technology for excellent voice and
transcription quality. For those who have the capability, we accept
almost all digital dictaphone formats, .wav, Sony MSV or Olympus DSS
digital dictation files. Simply record these files as you normally would,
save them onto your computer's hard drive, then go to our secure FTP site

Dictate using
Dictaphone (Micro cassettes)
You may dictate into your existing dictation device
and download your recorded tapes or mini-cassettes over
the phone lines using a simple, inexpensive
adapter cable. This cable connects your dictation
device to any
telephone, allowing you to call our toll free dictation
number, follow the automated instructions, then press
"play" when you
hear the dictation "tone". When the download of your dictation is
complete, the system will
automatically submit your job to a typist
for transcription and disconnect from your phone, and your completed
job will be returned to
you.

Options
Would you like your transcripts to be
e-mailed or FTP or would you much rather prefer a direct upload on
your Hospital/Clinics Information System or faxed. Would you like
your reports to be delivered in Word 97,
Word 2000, WordPerfect 2000 or WP 5? The choice is
